1. Nature of Our Services

Edzy Consultants provides education and university admissions consultancy services.

Our services may include:

• University and programme selection guidance
• Academic profile assessment
• Application planning
• Application support
• Personal statement and essay guidance
• Interview guidance
• Medicine admissions counselling
• Admission-test requirement guidance
• Admission-test registration assistance
• General student-visa guidance
• Study destination guidance

2. What Is Included and Excluded

The scope of each engagement is set out in the service package or written agreement confirmed with the student or parent before work begins. Guidance on personal statements and essays is included within the agreed package; no separate charge is made for it unless expressly agreed.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, our fees do not include third-party costs, such as:

• University or application-system fees
• Admission-test or English-language test registration fees
• Courier, translation, notarisation or attestation charges
• Visa, immigration, medical or insurance fees
• Tuition fees, deposits, accommodation or travel costs

These costs are payable by the student directly to the relevant institution or provider.

3. Consultations

The initial consultation is free of charge and without obligation. Any further consultations or services are provided under the package or fees agreed in writing.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees are confirmed in writing before an engagement begins. Published or quoted prices may change without notice until a fee has been agreed for a specific engagement.

Fees are payable in full, or according to the instalment schedule agreed in writing, by the stated due dates and before the related services commence. Payment may be made by bank transfer, card or any other method we confirm. We may pause services while a payment is overdue.

5. Refunds and Cancellation

Because our work is a professional service that begins as soon as an engagement is confirmed, fees that have been paid are non-refundable once services have started, including where a student later decides not to apply, changes their intended programme or destination, withdraws, or does not receive an offer.

If Edzy Consultants is unable to continue an engagement for reasons within our control, we will refund the portion of the fee relating to services not yet provided. Nothing in these terms limits any refund right that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law.

Scheduled consultations may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Consultations missed without notice may be counted as delivered.

6. No Guarantee of Admission

University admission decisions are made by individual universities and institutions and depend on the student's own profile, the quality of their application and the competition in that intake.

Edzy Consultants does not guarantee:

• Admission
• Scholarships
• Specific grades
• Test scores
• Visa approval
• Employment
• Professional registration
• Professional licensing

We are not liable for any rejection, waitlist or conditional decision issued by an institution.

7. University Requirements

University requirements, application deadlines, fees and policies may change.

Students are responsible for verifying final information with the relevant university or institution.

8. Admission Tests

Where we provide admission-test planning or registration assistance, this service is intended to support the university admissions process.

It does not constitute a guarantee of a particular test score or admission outcome.

Students should use official examination-provider information for final test requirements, dates, rules and registration conditions.

9. Visa Guidance

Any visa information provided by Edzy Consultants is general educational guidance related to studying abroad.

Final immigration decisions are made by the relevant government authority.

Students are responsible for ensuring that their visa application is complete and accurate.

10. Application Status and Communications

Universities and application systems communicate their decisions directly to the applicant. We are not responsible for delays, errors or omissions in an institution's communications, although we will help students understand how to track and follow up on their applications.

Students and parents should keep their contact details up to date and respond to our requests for information or documents in good time, as many deadlines cannot be extended.

11. Duration of the Engagement

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, an engagement covers the application cycle for which it was purchased and ends when the student enrols, declines their offers or the cycle closes. We are not responsible for outcomes that follow a student's later decision to withdraw, defer, change programme or transfer to another institution.

We may treat an engagement as concluded if a student remains unresponsive for an extended period after reasonable attempts to make contact.

12. Student Responsibility

Students are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Meeting university deadlines
• Reviewing submitted applications
• Providing genuine documents
• Completing required tests
• Responding to university communications
• Meeting visa and immigration requirements
• Producing their own application content in a timely manner

13. Application Materials

Students remain responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of their applications.

Personal statements, essays and other written materials should accurately reflect the student's own experiences and achievements. We provide guidance and feedback; the final content is the student's own work. We do not write applications on a student's behalf or assist with any misrepresentation.

14. Our Commitment

We commit to providing guidance with reasonable skill and care, keeping students and parents informed of the next steps, and remaining available through the agreed engagement for questions about the admissions process.

15. Right of Refusal

We may decline or discontinue an engagement, for example where information provided is inaccurate, documents appear not to be genuine, conduct towards our team is abusive, or the requested service falls outside what we are licensed to provide. Where an engagement is discontinued for these reasons, fees for services already delivered are not refunded.

16. Confidentiality and Personal Information

Information shared with us is treated as confidential and used only to provide the requested services, except where disclosure is required to an institution, application system or other party involved in the student's application, or where required by law. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and protected.

17. Upgrading or Adding Services

Additional services or an upgraded package may be added to an existing engagement at any time, subject to the fees confirmed for those services.

18. Website Content

Information on this website is provided for general educational and informational purposes.

It should not be treated as a guarantee of admission or as a substitute for official information from universities, examination providers or government authorities.

19. University Names and Logos

University names and logos displayed on the website are used for informational and admissions-planning purposes unless a specific relationship is expressly stated.

Their appearance does not necessarily imply partnership, endorsement or authorisation.

20. Intellectual Property

The content of this website and the materials we prepare for students, including guides, templates, plans and feedback, remain the property of Edzy Consultants and are provided for the student's personal use during the engagement. They may not be copied, resold or distributed to third parties without our written permission.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid to us for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost opportunities, tuition, travel or accommodation costs, or losses caused by decisions of universities, examination providers or government authorities. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

22. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. We will try to resolve any concern directly with you first; any dispute that cannot be resolved this way is subject to the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

23. Changes

We may update website content, services and these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
